Jordon Hudson is turning headlines into business.
The 24-year-old, who is dating legendary football coach Bill Belichick, recently filed a trademark application for the term “gold digger” through her company, TCE Rights Management. According to public records, the trademark would cover products like jewelry and key chains. The filing, submitted on August 25, has been accepted but is still awaiting review by an examining attorney.
Hudson’s move comes amid ongoing public scrutiny of her relationship with Belichick, 73. The pair first made news in 2023 after the coach ended his 16-year relationship with Linda Holliday. Since then, Hudson has been closely tied to Belichick’s personal and professional ventures, even stepping into a publicist-like role.
This isn’t her first foray into trademark filings. Earlier this year, Hudson applied for multiple phrases linked to Belichick’s career — including “No Days Off (Bill’s Version),” “Chapel Bill (Bill’s Version),” and “Belecast.” Some filings appeared to nod to Belichick’s long tenure with the New England Patriots and his highly publicized split with team owner Robert Kraft.
Hudson has also drawn attention for her appearances alongside Belichick, from a Dunkin’ Super Bowl ad in February to a CBS Sunday Morning interview that stirred questions about their relationship. She was recently spotted with the coach in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, where Belichick is preparing for his debut season as head coach of the University of North Carolina’s football team. The upcoming season will also be featured in a Hulu docuseries, set to premiere later this fall.
While Hudson has yet to comment on the latest trademark application, the timing has fueled even more conversation around her influence in Belichick’s brand — and their controversial but headline-grabbing romance.
